With Octopad voIP you can receive quality calls directly to your mobile phone. No need to re-route the calls to the agents phone number like the old ways. Octopad will dispatch any incoming calls to the available agents via the Internet.
Important: to use this application, first you need to have an account on "octopad.ch" to be able to login to the app and start receiving incoming calls. If you are an agent, please contact your teams owner to make sure you have a valid account.
